Ingredients:

* Waffle cones

* Fresh strawberries

* Coolwhip 8 oz

For the crumbs:

* Crushed golden Oreos

* Butter

* Strawberry jello 3 oz

For the filling:

* 16 ounces cream cheese (softened)

* ½ cup granulated sugar

* 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

* Cool whip 8 oz

For the glaze:

* 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

* 3-5 tablespoons heavy cream

* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps

Get the Oreos and crush about 16-18 of them, then add about 4 ounces of the butter in a dish.

Put this in the oven after it’s been preheated to 300, and then remove this from the heat. You should have crumbs that are kind of pasty in consistency.

Add about 3 ounces of the strawberry jello for the paste, and then, coat the cones in this past.

Get a big bowl, and then use a mixer to the cream cheese for a few minutes, until there isn’t any lumps in this, and the mixture is smooth. You want to make sure that the mixture gets scraped minimally two times every single time you do this.

Put the flour and the sugar in there, mixing this until the whole mixture is fluffy and properly combined. Scrape the bowl sides, and then proceed to add in the cool whip, along with the vanilla extract until everything is fluffy.

Take the cones, put them in a baking dish, and then bake them in this same oven for about five minutes. Then, take this out of the oven, letting this sit to cool.

Fill the cones with the filling made of cream cheese, and the add the chopped strawberries to the top of this.

Get the powdered sugar and put this in a bowl that’s medium-sized. Get the heavy cream and then add this a tablespoon once at a time until it’s got the consistency of the drizzle and icing. Add in your vanilla extract, combine all of this together in the bowl, and then, put this on top of the cones. Serve!

Tips

Can I make this ahead of time?

You can, and you can put this in the fridge to take out on a nice day, or if you want a sweet treat. They do sit well in the freezer for a small period of time, but they’re not the best frozen because of the waffle cone.

Can I add anything else to these?

You can, but due to how rich this is, it might be a little bit overwhelming, so do be mindful of that if you choose to add anything more to these cones, since it can be a bit too much sugar for some, and it may taste weird otherwise.

Don't forget to save this recipe for later And Share it with your family 🙂
