HOW TO MAKE BLUEBERRY BISCUITS

Blueberry biscuits are really delicious. Made with buttermilk and blueberries, these delicious treats feel like unicorns in your mouth. This recipe can be served as a side dish.
There’s really not much to tell you about blueberries. Even if you haven’t had them before, I’m sure you know they’re awesome. But I want you to try them, even if just once. I want you to have a taste of heaven in your mouth. So, I’m giving you this simple recipe to prepare lovely blueberry biscuits at home, in little time.
Oh! And don’t let your kids see this. They’ll love it so much that you won’t have any left for yourself.

Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp sugar
4 tbsp butter, (½ stick) or margarine
¾ cup buttermilk
1 egg
1 cup fresh blueberries, or frozen

For Topping:
1 cup powdered sugar
5 tbsp milk

Directions

Step 1: Add the flour, baking powder and sugar, and whisk together.
Step 2: Cut the butter into pieces, while you also beat the egg and milk together in a separate bowl.
Step 3: Add to dry ingredients and mix with a spoon, while you also fold in blueberries. Let the floured surface turn and pat to about ½ inch thick using your hands.
Step 4: Cut it using a biscuit cutter and place on a sprayed baking sheet with biscuits touching.
Step 5: Bake in a preheated 425 degrees oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the biscuit gets brown at the top.
Step 6: To make the topping, whisk the milk and sugar together in a bowl until you get your desired result. Put over your biscuits and enjoy.
